The consultants working for C3 American Exteriors are brilliant and very experienced at what they do. Paulie Pittinger is one of our amazing employees who gives his all to any project he is working on. Paulie has been with us for about a year and a half now, and his knowledge and hard work is extremely valued. We asked Paulie about his favorite project that he worked on with C3 American Exteriors, and he told us about a residential home in Kensington, Maryland.
The project took place at the end of the summer of 2022, and it involved quite a bit of exterior remodeling. Paulie described this project as a “complete transformation” that involved shutters, gutters, roofing, and so much more. Both porches of the home were torn down completely; real cedar 6×6 posts were installed as well as cedar tongue and groove soffit under the porch. “Standing Seam metal was installed on the porch roofs,” Paulie explained, adding how the homeowners also received a “six inch black gutter system on the home along with black shutters. [The] garage had the old aluminum siding removed and LP Smartside installed. Black 6 inch gutters [were] installed to match the home.”
This took about four weeks to complete, and the end result was absolutely beautiful!
We asked Paulie what his favorite part about this Kensington, Maryland project was. He told us about the joy he finds in the “homeowner trusting myself, along with C3 to bring their vision to life. The project as a whole shows the quality of work that C3 can do.” Paulie added, “We work from start to finish with our customers. This project allowed me to show my construction knowledge, vision and attention to detail.”
