For our next employee interview, we spoke with the fabulous Colby McMaster! Colby is a valued and integral part of our team. He has been with us for about a year and a half, and in that time, he has done phenomenal work. Our customers love working with him and know that he always has their best interest in mind.
When we asked Colby about his favorite project with us, he knew his answer right away. “Definitely the Mininger residence,” he said, adding that this particular project was “introduced to us from the partnership we have with Sharrah Designs.”
This exterior remodel involved roofing, siding, new windows and doors, and even gutters. “This project was a complete exterior remodel from head to toe. We removed the original cedar siding, original roof, windows, and gutters,” Colby explained, adding that the homeowners “chose the LP SmartSide siding, ProVia Endure windows, and topped it off with a 6 inch gutter system.”
According to Colby, overall, “It was about a 2 month transformation from roof tear off, to gutter installation.” However, the physical installation took about two to three weeks.
We asked Colby why this particular project stood out to him. He told us how he loves “the relationship we have and continue to build with our customers. Communication and everyone being on the same page helps make large jobs like this a little more simplistic.”
